Pastor Bankhead will be the first to say that he is simply a person who loves God and God’s people. He finds strength in God and often seeks out what God has to say about a situation before he acts upon it. He just wants his life to matter. He often refers to the words of the late Dr. Martin Luther King Jr; that If I help somebody as I pass along, help somebody with a word or a song, show somebody that they are traveling wrong, then my living will not be in vain.
